How to Use Intention Candles
To use intention candles effectively, follow these steps:
1. Set Your Intention: Clearly define what you want to manifest or achieve.
2. Light the Candle: As you ignite the wick, visualize your intention coming to life.
3. Reflect and Release: Allow the candle to burn as you meditate, journal, or simply sit in reflection.
4. Follow Safety Practices: Keep the candle on a fire-proof surface, trim the wick to 1/4 inch, and never leave it unattended. It can pose as a fire hazard if left unattended due to crystals and herbs that are placed on the candle.
